At Boo Time, we want you to enjoy peace of mind with your new e-bike or scooter. That’s why we provide a 1-year all-inclusive manufacturer’s warranty for the original purchaser on all products bought directly from our official website.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
🚫 Please note: Free accessories or items not purchased directly from bootime.com are not included.

✅ Warranty Eligibility

To qualify for warranty service:

  • The product must be purchased from our official website.
  • You must provide a valid order number from your original purchase.

🔄 Transfer Terms

Our 1-year warranty applies to the original owner, but it may be transferred if:

  • The product is still within 12 months of purchase.
  • The new owner has access to the original order number and purchaser’s name.

🛠️ What’s Covered

We cover any component with a proven manufacturing defect under normal use, including:

  • Frame
  • Battery
  • Motor
  • Electrical components

🚫 What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover issues caused by:

  • Improper use, accidents, stunts, or abuse
  • Unauthorized modifications or tampering
  • Poor storage or extreme conditions (rain, snow, excessive heat)
  • Normal wear-and-tear items (e.g., tires, brake pads, chains, grips, cables, pedals, bearings)
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, fading) unless caused by shipping/manufacturing error
  • Assembly/service by unauthorized technicians
  • Use of third-party parts or accessories

💡 Goodwill Offer: If your issue isn’t covered due to misuse or wear, Boo Time offers 40% off replacement parts.

📦 Shipping Damage Claims

  • Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos or videos of the damage.
  • Send details to service@bootime.com.

🔋 Battery Coverage

Batteries are covered by a 1-year prorated warranty.
Not covered if damaged by:

  • Using an unapproved charger
  • Water or liquid exposure
  • Physical damage, misuse, or tampering
  • Opened battery casing

📝 Claims Process

  1. Submit a Warranty Claim
    • Email service@bootime.com with:
      • Order number
      • Description of the issue
      • Clear photos or video of the problem
    • Our team will review your claim and guide you through the next steps.
    • ⚠️ No claim can be processed without visual evidence.
  2. Not Covered?
    • If your issue falls outside warranty terms, you’ll still qualify for a 40% discount on parts.
  3. Chargebacks
    • Filing a credit card chargeback during the warranty period will suspend your warranty until the dispute is resolved.
